Plumbed this into my existing setup this weekend. I love that it connects directly to standard 1-inch PVC lines without needing any crazy cut modifications or extra adapters. I was upgrading my plumbing and had a question about whether the 25mm Monster Edition needed extra filter floss inside to work properly. Emailed their support and got a reply in like 2 hours. They clarified that the heavy-duty stainless steel mesh is all you need for the primary filtration so it doesn’t restrict the massive flow. Hooked it up yesterday and it handles my high-flow pump easily. Great customer service and engineering.
